Ye Are The Light of The World

22 Mar

O light that reigns in the hearts of men because he has come into the world, we salute thee in the spirit of the resurrection and in the very person of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ. Angels of the throne of glory, descend in concentric rings of sacred fire. As the sacred fire lily of our hearts bursts forth in the light of the Mother and the Son, we gather to proclaim him King of kings and Lord of lords, victor over hell and death, our supreme master of life.

O Father in heaven, in his name, let the resurrection flame reign in every heart in this hour. In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, in the name of the Mother, Amen.

Next to the incarnation of the Savior, the most glorious of all events is the celebration of his resurrection. When we come into the world vowing to “do thy will, O God,” as he did, we have no assurance that we will walk the path of initiation to the hour of our own individual resurrection—save the assurance and the promise of God that with him all things are possible1 and, by the endowment of the threefold flame of life, we can fulfill the original promise. And so when we behold our Master fulfill that promise, we have the comfort and the peace that we may follow in his footsteps.

At this very moment of the prophecy of the agony and the ecstasy, we find the disciples nearest Jesus questioning him. And their first questions are directed toward their own fate, their own chelaship.

James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire.

And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you?

They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.4

They knew of the positioning of the cherubim upon the ark of the covenant. They knew that the guarding of the flame was a sanctified office of the two highest initiates of the Master. They wanted to secure their position in heaven before he should remove himself from their sight.

But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

And they said unto him, We can.

Thus it has ever been that as the disciples look upon the mastery of their Lord, they do not perceive the elements of that mastery, the great light of that attainment. Nor do they understand the thousands upon thousands of years of the ingredients of the glory that so easily flowed from his garment, the light that transfigured him before their very eyes. They are so certain that they simply say, “We can.”

Perhaps it is a false sense of assurance. Perhaps it is a profound inner understanding of what he has already taught them. We cannot totally judge why they say what they say. We cannot see whether it is selfishness or the enlightenment of the Higher Self that understands that in following the Master one must ask for his mantle in order to receive it. One must ask for his initiations in order to receive them. Elisha asked his Guru for his mantle when he ascended. Thus we come to understand that even when we are so close to the ascended ones, without the prayer and the asking there cannot be the blessed conferment of the resurrection flame.

Now therefore, O living sacred fire, in the name of thy Son Jesus Christ, in the name of the Cosmic Christ, whose presence he has brought to our hearts, in the name of the great quickening fire and the opening of the door to our own Christ Self, we ask this day that the children of God upon earth and the sons and daughters of God might be drawn in to the great congruency of thy throne.

Let thy Three-in-One, O God, descend now! Let it be for the healing of hearts, the purifying of hearts, the opening of the path of initiation according to thy light.

O beloved Jesus, let us now understand the deeper mysteries of drinking thy full cup and remaining steadfast to thy fiery essence, infused thereby within our temple—infused because thou art the fullness unto us forevermore of the transfiguration, the crucifixion, the resurrection and the ascension. AMEN

Harmony – The Scientific Method for Greater Self-Mastery

24 Aug
Threefold flame001
Now in joy we begin to accelerate the initiation of our chelas in the flame of God-harmony.

I AM the one bearing the office and the mantle of that flame. I AM come into your midst with the refreshing light of the universal rhythm of the stars which keep the flow of harmony even as hearts united in love establish this flow of harmony in the very center of the community of the Holy Spirit.

Now as we would accelerate the responsibilities of our chelas for holding the balance in the earth in time of transition, we come to show you that the flame of God’s harmony creates a magnet of the Central Sun. That supreme magnet of love harmonious is all-attractive of all good and all-repelling of all evil. Therefore those who would survive when the earth is in chaos and disintegration and death must understand clearly that the antidote for all of this is the purity of harmony.

Harmony Is a Science

Harmony is a science, my beloved, even as music is a science; and the notes of mathematics strike the chords of cosmic principles. My fascination with the Great Silence, my meditation ultimately attaining to the very light of nirvana enabled me to begin to understand the frequency of the soundless sound.

Entering into that inner light, I discovered the key to God’s harmony. And therefore the flame that I keep I do keep out of awe for the inner knowing of the presence of the Word before it is spoken when it is the soundless sound yet still a sound—as it were, a minus sound before the moment of crystallization by Elohim.

Harmony, then, is the balance of light, of sun centers, electronic force fields. When there is balance, then there is harmony. When there is balance and harmony, then and only then can there be acceleration.

Acceleration Through Balance and Harmony

You may have wondrous gifts of virtue, but often in a lifetime or many lifetimes an individual lifestream does not exceed a certain level of attainment professionally or a certain level of virtue because the individual reaches the line where there is no longer balance, where he cannot carry into an accelerated momentum that virtue which may function at a lesser vibration.

Take, for example, a top that spins. In order to spin, it must have a certain acceleration and a certain balance. Thus when the law of harmony functioning within you goes below the level of a certain acceleration, it can no longer be maintained. And this is when discord enters in with disintegration and ultimately self-destruction. Thus in order to have the key of harmony, you must have the key of the acceleration of love.

This love is the absorption into God and unto God of all of the flow of the river having four heads, passing out of Eden1 and out of the Edenic light into the four receptacles of the four lower bodies. Wherever energy is tied in knots of self-deception, of dissonance, of selfishness, of hatred—all of these manifestations, including anxiety itself, cause the deceleration of that which is God-harmony within the very fiery core of the threefold flame itself. Thus when the momentum of dissonance becomes too great, the top of the threefold flame cannot spin. When its three plumes are of differing height, out of balance, it cannot spin and therefore the resurrection fires do not glow.

Thus when considering, then, those who have certain virtues which they cannot exceed, we contemplate individuals who, for example, under normal conditions may express patience or mercy or kindness, but as soon as stress and distress is introduced into the life pattern, then the individual is no longer kind, patient, and merciful. This is because these qualities have received only a certain impetus to acceleration. They have not accelerated further because of the impediments within the four lower bodies.

These impediments are as islands of darkness in a sea of light—that is, it is hoped that that is the condition of consciousness. For where consciousness is a sea of light with islands of darkness, these islands can be inundated with the flame of love and freedom and transmutation and therefore they can be readily dissolved.

But when individuals are not attentive to maintaining the cosmic sea of consciousness and they allow the precious gift of the receptacle of Life to now become more and more dominated by larger and larger islands of blackness and despair and darkness, sins that go unconfessed, these islands become continents and soon they occupy more space and time within the energy field than the sea of light—and they swallow up that sea. And therefore the individual has not the ability to press forward and to accelerate any gift of Life, any flame of creativity, or to see through the completion of a simple project.

Therefore we turn the attention of our chelas to the science of God’s own flame of harmony. It is the Holy Spirit of Alpha raying forth to Omega, sounding the universal OM and registering in the negative Matter spheres as the gift of individuality within you. Thus the letters h a r m o n y reveal the inner science of the Lord God’s transmittal of his light and its ultimate destiny to sustain in Matter the individualization of the God flame called you.

Spiritual Resurrection

22 Jun
  • What is the resurrection?
  • Would it be possible to end physical death?
  • What about physical healing?
  • What is the first thing you seek to change?
  • What is the ascension?
  • What does karma have to do with it?

Mrs. Prophet, speaks about about the resurrection.

The resurrection proves Saint Paul’s teaching that the last enemy to be overcome is death. The reality of it is that there is no death, but we have to prove that there is no death.

The resurrection is a resurgence of God’s energy through our being, through our chakras. It was the drawing forth of the energies of the resurrection from the I AM Presence and from the base-of-the-spine chakra that enabled Jesus to restore life to his temple. By the meditation of his soul upon the Oversoul, or the Higher Self, he overshadowed his body until he restored that body to life.

Now, we begin our resurrection by the restoration of consciousness, of joy, of happiness, of love, of truth. And we keep on increasing and accelerating God’s consciousness within us until the ultimate victory over death is a natural conclusion of our soul’s quest on the Path and of our soul’s reunion with God.

Resurrection Manta

Continuing, then, with El Morya’s “Heart, Head and Hand Decrees,” we have a mantra for the resurrection—and it can be used every day. As we give this mantra we can say, “I am being resurrected every day! I am overcoming death every day!”

Resurrection I AM affirmationI AM the flame of resurrection
Blazing God’s pure light through me.
Now I AM raising every atom,
From every shadow I AM free.

I AM the light of God’s full Presence,
I AM living ever free.
Now the flame of life eternal
Rises up to victory.

We accompany this mantra with the visualization of white light coming through us, rising through us as a white fire pulsating from beneath our feet, through our consciousness and chakras. It is an energy field that can restore us from sickness to health, from depression to wholeness, from anxiety to joy.

Mantras for Transmuting Karma

There is an alchemy in this mantra and in all mantras whereby through the Science of the Spoken Word, as in no other form of meditation, misuses of God’s energy are transmuted. This process of transmutation means that each time we give mantras that contain the name of God, I AM, we are actually balancing negative karma.

Karma is simply the substance of God’s energy that we have qualified either correctly or incorrectly. There is good karma and bad karma, positive karma and negative karma. Our goal is to re-qualify with light the energy that we have misqualified with darkness. This misqualified energy is stored in a forcefield comparable to the subconscious. When we give these mantras, increments of that energy are returned to the causal body, or the spheres of consciousness that surround the I AM Presence.

So mantras are not given simply for the alteration of a state of consciousness, although they do accomplish this. More importantly, they are always involved in the forgiveness of sin and the balancing of karma. Balancing karma means paying the debt for our misuses of God’s light, energy and consciousness.

We give the mantra on the resurrection to remove the consciousness of death. More than we realize, we are burdened by the energies of death on a day-to-day basis. Fear is the beginning of death. Doubt in oneself is the beginning of death. The condemnation or the belittlement of the self is the murdering of the self and its potential to be free. Freedom comes through this resurrection flame.

Are you saying it would be possible to end physical death?

The termination of death begins in consciousness. Since death is not real, what we see as death is simply the laying down of the body temple by the soul, who then journeys to other planes of consciousness, or other mansions in the Father’s house.

Jesus said: “In my Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you… that where I am, ye may be also.” The mansions are planes of consciousness, and there are many planes of consciousness. The soul journeys to these planes both after the transition called death and during sleep at night. Our souls may depart our body temples and go to other places and other schoolrooms for a learning experience.

Death, then, is the illusion of the cessation of life and it is only real to those who believe that our life is actually in the body. But life is in the flame in the heart and in the soul, and these move on as the path of acceleration continues here and hereafter.

Ultimately the demonstration of the ascension will mean not only the ascension of the soul but also of the physical body. But we have more immediate goals than the overcoming of physical death. Our immediate goal is the resurrection of life as it ought to be lived on earth today.

What about physical healing?

Physical healing may come about in the same way—through the use of meditation and the Science of the Spoken Word and also through the proper diet, which is most important.

We can see that light in our body temples brings about a manifestation of healing. Since so many physical conditions are caused by mental and emotional problems, the healing of the mind and emotions and the erasing by the violet flame of records in the subconscious is often all that is required to eliminate physical suffering.

So the first thing you seek to change is consciousness?

We go to cause behind effect. That doesn’t mean to say we don’t call upon the medical profession and use medicines and whatever is necessary—surgery, et cetera—for the correction of conditions in the body. But ultimately we seek to manifest the victory wherein the mind of God within us controls the manifestation in matter.

What happens after the resurrection?

You recall that after Jesus’ resurrection he came back. He spent forty days with the disciples. He gave them instruction in the Upper Room and told them: “Tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” And that power from on high descended with the descent of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost.

After the resurrection comes the ascension. We talked about the concept of ascending every day, every hour. The ascension is the acceleration of consciousness. It is actually the increase of the vibratory rate of the electrons as they whirl about and through the nucleus of the atom until ultimately the soul reunites with the I AM Presence, the individualized Presence of God.

Ascension Mantra

The concluding mantra in the “Heart, Head and Hand” series is a mantra of the ascension. As soon as we begin to give it, we are accelerating the white light in our auras, preparing for that ultimate reunion with God at the conclusion of this life or our next life of incarnation. This is how it goes:

Ascension mantraI AM ascension light, Victory flowing free,
All of good won at last For all eternity.
I AM light, all weights are gone. Into the air I raise;
To all I pour with full God-power
My wondrous song of praise.

All hail! I AM the living Christ,
The ever-loving One.
Ascended now with full God-power,
I AM a blazing sun!

The visualization for this mantra is a sphere of white light that now envelops the entire form, the entire being. When we say, “I AM the living Christ,” we are affirming, “God in me is the living Christ, and that Christ, which was in Jesus, is now manifesting in me as the fullness of the threefold flame in my heart.”

Visualizing the self as a blazing sun gives us the key to the alchemy whereby Jesus disappeared from the people’s midst and whereby he could come into the Upper Room right through the wall. That alchemy was simply the rearrangement of the atoms and molecules of his physical body so they could pass through the atoms and molecules of the wall.

The day is going to come in the not-too-distant future when people on earth will be doing this without difficulty, and it is amazing how quickly this will happen as they begin to understand the science of the Word.

Now, when I say, “the science of the Word,” I’m talking about Word with a capital W. I’m talking about the Word incarnate. I’m not just talking about the words that come through the throat chakra in these decrees.

I’m talking about the Word as the very energy of creation, which we express when we give a mantra.

The goal of all of this is immortality, right?

That goal is something that is near and dear to the people of every religion in the world. Whether it’s called soul liberation or the ascension or nirvana, it is the same thing. It’s what Paul said: “This corruptible must put on incorruption.”

This corruptible must put on incorruption! Paul said that as the very equation of his being bursting from within. His soul was crying out—he knew this as the goal of life. And this is the eternal quest of the overcomers.

Paul also said, “This mortal must put on immortality.” This which is temporal in time and space, this soul, which is my option to opt for eternity, must accelerate, must return to the source whence it came—the I AM Presence.

Balance Heart and Mind

Balance of Heart and Mind

Excerpt from Pearls of Wisdom Vol. 14 No. 11 by Jesus the Christ (March 14, 1971)

Resurrection and Building the Kingdom Within

Until man learns to apply the higher laws that govern his being, he will continue his energy output according to old patterns of human habit and tradition. But when he understands at last the great tide of reality that is onward moving, that is progressive, that demands the discarding of unwanted qualities and conditions, and that continually directs and redirects all parts of his being into the patterns of perfection, then he will shine outwardly like the inward radiance that is reflected in the image of God placed within himself by the Almighty.

Why are the soul ties to the Father so relevant to the heart of man, and yet so meaningless to the head? First, because the heart relates to love, and love relates to the universe known of the soul; secondly, because the head relates to the examination of objects and concepts by the fingers of the mind. Standing alone, without the employment of the heart, the head often makes those brittle decisions which shatter on impact the tender and intuitive feelings of the soul.

Stern, then, is a man’s own life record and self-judgment when shaped after mortal design; but, when the natural faculties of the soul are allowed to breathe out the radiance of the Light, the whole world of man can be an eternal resurrection of loveliness. Then the strength of his mind, tethered to the radiance of his heart’s love, becomes a shining armor for the protection of the emerging Christ consciousness. Then the middle wall or partition between the Holy of Holies of his heart and the focus of his mind is rent in twain; and man, having access to the corridors of both mind and heart, fashions new wonders of perception and precipitation out of his total being.

Wherever the wall of partition exists between heart and mind, wherever one predominates over the other, there is bound to be an imbalance in the expression of the Christ–whether the corpse like gloom of the carnal mind that goes about classifying and devouring everything and everyone with its cutting criticism, or the unbridled passions of fruitless desire issuing from a heart untutored and impure.

But when the union of heart and mind occurs under the aegis of the one eternal Father and his eternal Son, then the meaning of the resurrection is revealed in the pulsating identity of the Christ, delineating mastery for all and in all. Then the soul looks on as from the flame within his heart, the Flame of balanced Love, Wisdom and Power: a New Age man is born. Leaping over the pages of history in giant strides, he rides upon a white horse, the master of his destiny and of his karma. His image is not cast upon a cross of human torture and debauchery but upon that masterful building which appears on the horizon of the new age; for man has first built the kingdom within, utilizing the rock and the timber, the chemistry and geometry, the very laws and elements of the firmament on high in his mastery of self and of the abundant Life.

When this happens in the inner beings of sufficient numbers of embodied men and women, then I am certain that the kingdom of heaven will become a reality in the world of form.

Light to Light, not Dust to Dust: Ash or Sared Fire

1 Mar

Ash Wednesday Carl Spitzweg 1808–1885

Ash or Sacred Fire?

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the holy season of Lent, 46 days before Easter. It comes the day after Shrove Tuesday or Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday), the last day of the Carnival season.

Historically, this was the day that Judas bargained with the High Priests for the life of Jesus.

Ash Wednesday is celebrated by Catholics who go the altar to have ashes placed upon the third eye as the priest says to them, ‘Remember, you are mortal.’

This is a Biblical reference to Genesis allegory on the creation of Adam out of the dust of the earth—dust to dust, ashes to ashes.

What Elizabeth Clare Prophet taught about Ash Wednesday

The Lord Jesus Christ never instituted Ash Wednesday. It was instituted many centuries later. It has no part with the Passion. It has no part with the one who proved ultimately the victory over death and hell.

And what does mortal mean? It comes from the word death, mort. It means you are bound by the limitations of death, dust to dust.

But we, as sons of God, were created out of light, not out of clay. We came forth from etheric octaves. Our bodies have been lowered into this dimension but when you observe transition—which is not death—you will see the light released from the atoms going back to the Great Central Sun.

We intend to be resurrected in this life, whether physically or not makes little difference. It is the resurrection of the soul for Paul said ‘flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God.’

Remember you are immortal. It’s not Ash Wednesday, it’s sacred fire Wednesday.”

“Know, then, beloved, that from now to the hour of the celebration of the resurrection of our Lord is a time for the erasing of sin and the sense of sin, of error and backsliding. It is a time for coming before God with fastings and prayers, offering extraordinary ablutions and the internalization of the Word. Easter is a time for the resurrection of the soul to new awarenesses and heights of glory and for the strengthening once again of the tie to the Holy Christ Self.” Ascended Master Saint Germain, published in the Pearls of Wisdom vol. 38 no. 12, March 12, 1995

Celebrate Lent with a Resurrection Mantra

Beloved Flame of Resurrection

Beloved Flame of Resurrection, ascended master decree by Elizabeth Clare Prophet

Beloved Flame of Resurrection,
Blaze through me thy Light always;
Beloved Flame, resuscitation,
Make my heart to sing thy praise.

O blazing white Christ radiance
Of God’s own I AM fire,
Expand thy blessed Purity
And free me from all wrong desire.

Beloved Flame of Resurrection,
Rise and rise to Love’s great height;
Blessed Flame, regeneration,
Guide all men by thy great Light.

I AM, I AM, I AM thy chalice free
Through whose crystal substance clear
All can see the Christ flame lily
Of eternity appear

Blazing, blazing, blazing!
Blazing, blazing, blazing!
Blazing, blazing, blazing!

Lords of the Seven Rays: Paul the Venetian

5 Oct

The Ascended Master Paul the Venetian, Lord of the Third Ray and initiator of our hearts, relates a very touching personal experience from his life as an artist in which his sensitive soul, at one with God, bore the unknown grief of another and then the comfort of the Resurrection Spirit that had the power to heal even an angel veiled in flesh:  “I remember so dearly the day when I first developed enough of the divine sense to feel that God and I were one. It had been a cloudy morning, and I had worked long and hard to try to portray the face of an angel, but somehow it was as through the celestial beauty escaped me and there was a jangle in my nerves and senses and feelings.  This was strange, because I had for some time developed a feeling of serenity, of calmness, of knowing, and now here I was desiring out of that calmness and serenity and knowing to portray a celestial being, and I needed to drink deeply of the fountain of peace.  For some reason, which did not seem to break through to my outer senses, I could not still my mind, and so with some measure of disturbance, shall I say, I closed up shop.  I put away my brushes and frankly there was a sadness in my every movement.  It was not a state of utter discouragement, it was just an unusual state of unrest in my feeling world, almost a dire foreboding that something undesirable would happen.”

Paul left the studio and went into the country. “And in the stillness of the approaching country I began to feel the awakening of the sense of peace, so familiar and so dearly loved… I reasoned quite suddenly that I ought to be strong enough to hold a sense of beauty in the midst of the ugliness and garrets of the city.”  Paul reasoned that he could keep his new found serenity but then he heard sobbing and his trembled for mankind and he prayed for her. “And then I decided that I would enter into simple prayer for her.  And as I prayed, the sun came out with greater glory and it was as through the hands of the angels were drawing back the curtain of dark clouds.  And with this change in the environment of the little cemetery, the young lady suddenly ceased to sob and gazed up with wonder.  Her sorrow and her grief were plainly stamped upon one of the most beautiful faces that I have ever seen, and there was my angel–the face I sought.” Paul spoke with the young women and explained that resurrection is in all nature and all things do return and she agreed but she was lonely.  Paul took hold of her hand “and as I prayed, I felt a surge of the Christ radiance go through me, and I watched as every line of her face reflected consolation, mercy, acceptance of the Resurrection Spirit.”

Through his discernment Paul was able to capture nuance on his paintings of Jesus and the twelve which incited the wrath of the powers that be. Paul stood firm and said that artist take the same liberties as madmen and writers. The name of his painting was changed from the Last Supper to the House of Levi. Near the close of his life, his guru, the Maha Chohan, advised Paul that through his Christic disciplines of Love on the path of the Third Ray, self-imposed for many lifetimes, he earned his release from Earth’s schoolroom and was ready to enter into the realms of immortality.
