Violet Flame Decrees with Elizabeth Clare Prophet

So with the coming of Saint Germain’s dispensation for the Aquarian age, we have the, the sponsorship of America; you have the sponsorship of Australia. And many freedom movements have come forth—his aura, his presence.

Saint Germain Alchemy Age of Aquarius

This Master—if you can really comprehend the meaning of the Master—is so profound and has such attainment, his aura fills the planet. And he does keep the action of freedom in every type of situation, be it education or science. As you know, he is the father of that science.

But the violet flame is the key to action.

We have a lot of people today who like to talk about things; even politics has become metaphysical. We are seized with our theories. We think we know the way things should be done. But they don’t stand the test of practical action. They don’t work.

The violet flame sees to it that we are charged with what works. What works is what is right as long its purpose is to glorify God in you and Christ in all people. So the violet flame is like that, that whistle that tremendous wind of the Holy Spirit that takes from us everything else but what is necessary to get this world in shape.

So I want to tell you from my personal experience, I know all of you have an intense desiring of your heart to do more for people, for life, to become more of who you are. And I know what that desiring is and I know you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t have it.

And the step, the giant step into the path of, really, the masterful presence of your Godhood, the giant step into the Great White Brotherhood, from the former to the new age, is the violet flame.

So let’s do it. The proof is in the pudding. I commend you to the great joy of this practice daily.

Remember: when you say I AM, you’re saying God in me is.  I AM the Violet Flame.

Violet Flame Decree 70.11, I AM the Violet Flame (given 3 times)

I AM the Violet Flame
In action in me now
I AM the Violet Flame
To Light alone I bow

I AM the Violet Flame
In mighty Cosmic Power
I AM the Light of God
Shining every hour

I AM the Violet Flame
Blazing like a sun
I AM God’s sacred power
Freeing every one

That’s three ways to give that decree. It’s your choice. They’re all correct. It just depends on building a momentum. I am using a funnel of air from the seat-of-the-soul chakra up to my throat chakra to give this decree.

The power is the power of all of my chakras, all seven at work simultaneously, releasing that sacred fire in the focus of the spoken Word.

Violet Flame Decree 70.11, I AM the Violet Flame (given 2 times)

I AM the Violet Flame
In action in me now
I AM the Violet Flame
To Light alone I bow

I AM the Violet Flame
In mighty Cosmic Power
I AM the Light of God
Shining every hour

I AM the Violet Flame
Blazing like a sun
I AM God’s sacred power
Freeing every one

Now you have the mantra, I AM a Being of Violet Fire.

Violet Flame Mantra: I AM a Being of Violet Fire (given 8 times)

I AM a being of Violet Fire!
I AM the purity God desires!

Then we have the Lovely God Presence violet-flame decree, More Violet Fire, page six. This has a very special rhythm. The power of this decree is in the spoken Word and the rhythm.

Violet Flame Decree 5.02: More Violet Fire by the Ascended Master Hilarion (given 3 times)

Lovely God Presence, I AM in me,
Hear me now I do decree:
Bring to pass each blessing for which I call
Upon the Holy Christ Self of each and all.

Let Violet Fire of Freedom roll
Round the world to make all whole;
Saturate the earth and its people, too,
With increasing Christ-radiance shining through.

I AM this action from God above,
Sustained by the hand of heaven’s Love,
Transmuting the causes of discord here,
Removing the cores so that none do fear.

I AM, I AM, I AM
The full power of Freedom’s Love
Raising all earth to heaven above.
Violet Fire now blazing bright,
In living beauty is God’s own Light

Which right now and forever
Sets the world, myself, and all life
Eternally free in Ascended Master Perfection.
Almighty I AM! Almighty I AM! Almighty I AM!

Saint Germain on Practical Alchemy With the Violet Flame

“When the subject of creation is given more than ordinary consideration, man begins to realize that his own destiny lies as a gift in his hands.  He has always looked to God for assistance, and God has always looked to man that he might convey to him every good gift and all the support which man could reasonbly receive and acknowledge.  Unfortunately, even in those periods of their most advanced meditations, mankind have seldom glimpsed the necessary cosmic pattern of what they are and what they shall be.

The secrets of alchemy are always to be found in the domain of creation.  If man has not the power to create, he is not truly free.  Therefore, the stream of energy that God is giving to him in ceaseless descent must needs be channeled into matrices of creative desire patterned after the divine will; but when misqualified, these energies form links of the chain that binds him.

Saint Germain large001

Our first step, then, is to abort and to transmute the negatively qualified substance in the world of every would-be alchemist.  The power of the violet transmuting flame, as an agent of Holy Spirit, can be called forth from God for purification of man’s world.  It should be noted however, that this power is seldom recognized until the alchemist has invoked the flame for a considerable period of time.  But, practice as he will, his use of the flame will not be enough to transform his world unless the correct scientific attitude is maintained.  The alchemist who insists on exalting his own human will and ego in contradistinction to the Divine Will and Ego cannot possibly receive the great gifts which the Spirit seeks to convey.”

Not my will, not my will, not my will but thine be done!

“I know that many people are reluctant to release themselves completely into the hands of God.  They are willing to go part of the way, and they gingerly step forward when the higher will seems to flatter their own; but because they have not let go of the human will, they find in the end that their efforts are unrewarded.  Man cannot bargain with God.  Nevertheless, Cosmos is far more ready to give every good and perfect gift to man than man is ready to receive it.  The problem, then, lies not in the diver himself, who must be willing to acknowledge the presence of the treasures of heaven in the cosmic depths–treasures that heaven intends man not only to discover but also to possess.

By incorrect attitudes, men have kept themselves from the kingdom of heaven.  They have sought through magic and unfortunately, even through witchcraft to win for themselves that which could be obtained on a permanent basis only by willing submission to the will of God, to his intents and his purpose.

The practicality of God must not be employed as a weapon to destroy the mystical beauties of the Spirit. On the contrary, it must be used to draw the divine mystery to the focal point of individual manifestation.  As the flesh came forth and was animated by the Spirit, so practicality must come forth and be animated by the creative purposes of God.  Then God will take man by the hand and lead him through the realm of perfect order to a place where man will perceive that the world and all things in it were originally created according  to a perfect cosmic pattern.

Here he will be shown that each individual was intended to manifest a specific facet of the divine intent and that each facet of the grand design was created to complement the other and to produce thereby the miracle beauty of an everlasting kingdom, worlds without end. How can men imagine that the Mind that created man in all of his wondrous parts–the universe, the stars, the suns, the spiritual realms–would be so lacking in foresight as to fail to provide a way of escape for those who might wander from the cosmic blueprint?  Did not his practicality bestow upon man the fullness of the divine conveyance expressed in the command ‘Take dominion over the earth’?  Man, then, was and is learning how to master his environment by cosmic wisdom united with his own natural intelligence.”

The key, then, to the practice of advanced spiritual alchemy lies in the alchemist’s understanding of the purposes of God through the Brotherhood and in his consciously yoking himself together with those who are pledged by word and deed to the fulfillment of those purposes.

Creative Abundance

4 Sep

creative abundance001

Abundance is more than money.  Abundance is the flow of energy that comes to us from the universal source of life as both spiritual and material prosperity.  Abundance is love and Wisdom, talents and virtues, money and material goods–whatever we need to fulfill our life’s purpose.  Energy should be flowing freely to us and through us to materialize abundance.  If we are not experiencing that flow of abundance, we have to ask ourselves why.

What is it within us or around us that is blocking prosperity?  What is blocking the Flow of God’s energy to us?  Saint Germain, who is an expert in the spiritual and physical transformation known as alchemy, writes:  “How long will you spend your energy struggling to eke out a bare existence from nature’s cupboard, which to some seem bare indeed, when all your needs can be met by mastering the cosmic laws that Jesus and other great teachers have demonstrated by their own love?..With you–as with God–all things are possible.”

Be Grateful For Everything that Happens to You

If the only prayer you say in your

whole life is “thank you,” that would suffice.

-Meister Eckhart

There is an inherent law of mind

that we increase whatever we praise.

The whole of creation responds to praise and it glad.

-Charles Fillmore

Praise God for the joy and beauty of his creation–not the least of which is the beauty of your own soul. Continually thank God for what you are and what you have and you will see how your abundance will increase.

Affirmations:

Let God be magnified! (Ps.70:40)

Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. (Ps. 35:27)

Be grateful to God for everything that happens to you.  Everything–the negatives, the positives, the karma, the calamities–because they are teachers, they are lessons.  And if things aren’t going right, praise God for letting them go wrong to remind you that there is some adjustment you have to make in order to get on with your spiritual progress.

We are all on the path of initiation. Earth is a schoolroom, and we are intended to graduate from that schoolroom.  The lessons we learn along life’s way are what propel us from one grade to the next. Yet isn’t it true that we have all faced situations in life where we couldn’t see a single reason why we should praise God?  It is important to realize that anything coming at you–whether it’s Mars or a Mack truck, whether it’s your mother-in-law or your manager–is energy coming your way.  Bless the messenger who delivers that bundle of energy and then take the energy out of the seemingly negative matrix.  Reclaim it and transmute it into something positive.

Don’t wait until you have your full and final victory over life’s challenges to be happy, to rejoice, to give praise and blessings to life.  praising God and being grateful every day is a key to the victory of your soul.

Affirmations:

Lord, I do give thee thanks for the

abundance that is mine.

In the name I AM THAT I AM,

I AM expanding this day all that I have

that is of God–through love, through

praise, through thanksgiving!

Praise God in everyone you meet.  Try and give everyone you meet a positive spin.  Give yourself the assignment to find something wonderful about every person you meet–then tell it to them.  That something may be just what they need to lift them out of the doldrums or to dispel the sense that there is nothing really special about them.  There is something special about everyone, and you can help them see what it is.

“This day, O Lord I will give a positive spin to everyone you send me.”  When you tell that to God, you’re going to have the world beating a path to your doorway, because there are so many people who need that positive spin.  I love all of you who read and contribute to my blog.  You are the light!

A Prisoner of Love

2 Sep

What determines how much karma you

balance in this life?…It is how much love

you inject into what you are doing.

-Saint Germain

Sometimes the force of attraction between two people is irresistible.  At first, there is no one in the world we would rather be with.  The love is there, the thrill of the new relationship is there, and sooner or later we may even decide to marry. We all know the expression “the honeymoon is over.”  That means our karma has hit.  Now the work of the heart must begin.

But why were we so attracted to each other in the first place?  Although we may have much karma to balance with our husband or wife, the initial impact was exhilarating because at the subconscious level we were elated that we had found the person with whom we could balance that karma.  When the honeymoon is over, what keeps us going and giving is our soul knowing that we must get through our karmic obligations before we can move on to the next spiral of life and the projects closest to our heart.  We sense that the faster we submit to the law of our karma–which is the law of love–the faster we and our partner will both be liberated from that karma.

Sometimes when the karma is resolved, the relationship actually dissolves.  There is nothing remaining to hold it together, and people move on because they are called to work on new assignments. Elizabeth Clare Prophet says, “I have found that God often gives us the gift of intense love in the face of intense karma for the healing of old wounds.”   The capacity to love and release of love is something that seems to happen without our consciously willing it.  We feel like the prisoner of this love. Our rational mind may be telling us we should not be loving this person, but the heart loves on.

Elizabeth Clare Prophet has studied this phenomenon in herself, because we really have nowhere else to go but to the laboratory of our own being to learn the lessons of life.  She say, “without my will at all, my heart would become on fire with love for certain people.  I did not create this love. I didn’t start the fire.  God put it in my heart.”

If you roll back the years and think about your high school days, you can recognize when God had placed that kind of love in your heart for someone else.  Just seeing that person would create within you a heart full of love.  You may not have started the love.  The love was there and you can observe it, and then become its prisoner.  In cases like these our karma, seeking resolution, brings us together, and our Higher Self sheds immense love and forgiveness to help us resolve our karma.

It’s as if we are drenching the other person in love.  When enough love has flowed to balance the karma, all of sudden the faucet turns off and we no longer have this intense and compelling feeling of love.  It’s almost unbelievable in contrast to the way we felt before.  I’ve seen this in my own life.  I poured out the love, the karma was balanced, and I walked on.  You never know when the gift you are giving is paying the last farthing of some karma that will liberate you to move on to a higher calling.

We may never know exactly what the past-life episode was that created our karmic debt, but we can usually figure out what we must do now to balance it.  Ask yourself:  What quality or virtue am I being asked to master?  I believe it’s important to work, and work hard, at a marriage.  We are in our relationship for a reason.  It’s tempting to walk away from unpleasant situations, to treat them half-heartedly, or to just bide our time until “the real thing comes along.”  That’s a good way to prolong the resolution of karma–and to make more of it.  If we walk out on our spiritual duty, we will only have to face the same individuals and the same karmic elements again.

When a situation is staring you in the face, look at it as an optimal opportunity, for you never know how long you will have to wait for that opportunity to come around again.  You can choose to melt down the hardness of heart and the karma with the fervent heat of love, or you can choose to part with animosity, which only delays the day of reckoning.  That doesn’t mean you have to remain in a karmic relationship forever.  But you may have to work hard to find the reason for the relationship and then make certain that you balance the karma so that both of you leave the relationship with the feeling of resolution.

How will you know when you have settled the old accounts? When they are settled, you will sense a resolution and an inner peace.  There will no longer be the same intensity binding you together.  In situations like these, we have to go into our heart and, through deep prayer, meditation and soul searching, attune with God to get the right answer.

Mission Possible

21 Aug

Lifetime after lifetime we have desired to return to the state of love and wholeness that we knew in “Eden.”  Through many ups and downs along the way, we’ve done lots of great things and made tremendous spiritual progress.  Though it takes some effort, paradise can be regained once we understand and apply the knowledge of communing with the I AM Presence.  As Ascended Master El Morya says, “The trek upward is worth the inconvenience!”

chart-of-your-divine-self0011.jpg

As the Aquarian age dawns, there is a great spiritual awakening taking place on earth.  It has been prophesied as an age of freedom, peace and enlightenment, a time of technological progress combined with spiritual development.  It can be a time when the spirit of cooperation becomes the basis of every relationship–cooperation between God and humanity, and between people everywhere.  This age gives us an ideal opportunity to accelerate spirituality and realize our divine mission so that we can unite as a powerful force for planetary healing and change.  This is the time to tune in to our missions and go for it!  However, this may sometimes be easier said than done.

When our souls first descended into matter, our mission were crystal clear.  We knew exactly what we needed to do.  Today that sense of mission may be vague or incomplete.  And the experience of Spirit’s constant presence may have diminished.  Whether conscious of it or not, the soul retains the memory of its mission and its oneness with the Divine.  She remembers a freedom of movement and consciousness not normally experienced in the physical world.

Our souls have been evolving as long as they have been sojourning in the material universe.  When we first descended into matter, we were still very much aware of the Presence of God with us.  As long as we maintained the connection with the I AM Presence, everything was fine.  But after thousands of years of evolution, souls adapted more and more to the denser vibrations of matter.  This resulted in a loss of memory of our origin, our home of light, and of the true nature of ourselves as spiritual beings.  perceptions became clouded, and many lost sight of their source and the mission they came to accomplish.

And so we went forth to be the manifestation of our Father-Mother God, sons and daughters who could put on more and more of those spheres of light which we call God consciousness.  So it is in this God consciousness that we live and move and have our being.  This we must not forget…  As surely as we are here and now; we are still in that (Great) Central Sun.  We are in the beginning and we are in the ending.  We do not have to get anywhere–we have to know who we are now.  This absolute immaculate concept of our identity is the foundation of every quest and pursuit.

-Elizabeth Clare Prophet

Many experiences in the material world serve to reawaken within us the memory of the soul’s calling.  They remind us that there is a sacred purpose to life on earth and a divine mission to accomplish. Some already know their mission and are working to fulfill it.  Others are still searching and seem to be waiting for the true mission to begin.  Often a single lifetime will be devoted to fulfilling only a portion of the mission.

The soul is destined for such a great and noble good…

The soul must always hurry to this goal, that it can by every

available means come to the eternal good that is

God–for it is for that the soul was created

-Meister Eckhart

We are all emissaries of God.  It is our reason for coming to earth.  Each one has a special role to play in serving life, whether it’s doing a particular job or imparting an essential virtue.  We all hold points of light, points of identity as representatives of God.  The key is discovering the meaning of life on earth and our special mission to make contact with our highest spiritual self, the I AM Presence.  We are still connected to our I AM Presence, just as we were when we descended into matter.  Answers to question like “Who am I?”  and “Why was I born?” can be found by meditating on the I AM Presence.

“There is absolutely no limit to what you can know and do if you will but bend the knee before your own God Presence, I AM Presence.  Know, then, that keeping the commandments and obeying the laws of God are prerequisites to your receiving the dispensations of God.  Yet, we shun no one. And we help, to the fullest extend of the laws of God, all who will simply look up to the sun of their I AM Presence and say O God, help me!  This all you need to say.  It is sufficient prayer.  It allows the angels to enter your life and turn things around and set things right and direct you on your course to accomplish the mission that God has anointed you to in this hour.”

The Creation of Twin Flames

16 Aug

twin_flames_wa

It really is true that we all have a match that was made in heaven!  Our perpetual search for that perfect love here on earth stems from the experience of original wholeness and bliss that we knew with out twin flame in Spirit.  In the beginning, we were created whole–alpha and omega, male and female.  As an aid to understanding, the newly created Spirit-spark, or I AM Presence, can be visualized as a sphere of light, a whirling T’ai Chi containing the same masculine and feminine polarity as the Creator.  The two halves of this whole are twin flames united in Spirit as one.

twin flames creation writing

While still in Spirit, the I AM presence of these twin flames traveled within the Great Central Sun, which is composed of spheres of light containing infinite attributes of God’s consciousness.  As the I AM Presence journeyed through each of these spheres, it gathered around itself skeins of light resembling those of the Great Central Sun.  According to the divine blueprint stamped on its fiery core, the Presence magnetized to itself the divine attributes and virtues that would serve as focuses for the soul’s future initiations in the matter world. The light-energy of these attributes formed the colored rings of the Causal Body, depicted here.

casual body

After the Causal Body was formed, the twin flames separated into two identical spheres, as alpha and omega polarities, for the purpose of moving into matter.  Each consisted of an Individualized I AM Presence surrounded by the Causal Body.

chart-of-your-divine-self0011.jpg

Yet each half of the whole shared the identical divine blueprint that was impressed upon the white fire core of the Spirit-spark when it was first created.  In essence, this is how we were created in Spirit with our twin flames, our “other half.”

Because our twin flames share an identical divine blueprint, they also shared a common mission.  Even though they would later pursue divergent paths of creativity, the electronic patterns of their identity remained the same.  The identity that we began to form with our twin flame as we cycled through the Great central Sun formed the basis for the unique gifts that we now offer to the world.  Thus began the journey of life with the beloved at our side.

Preparing For Mission Planet Earth

14 Aug

Far from being created as exact replicas of one another, each I AM Presence was endowed by the creator with the potential to manifest individuality and creativity.  Each of is was given a special mission as well as everything we would need to succeed in carrying it out.  Here’s how we were individualized for this mission.  While the essence of each I AM Presence is the same, God imprinted upon the fiery core of each one a unique divine blueprint.  This spiritual blueprint can be compared to the pattern that was imprinted on the DNA of our cells when we were conceived by our earthly parents.  Just as this earthly blueprint determined the color of our hair and eyes and whether we would be short or tall, so our spiritual blueprint holds the keys to fulfilling our unique destiny in life.  It contains our divine plan– the purpose of being for which we were created.

This doesn’t mean that our fates are predestined.  God provided the matrix, the pattern.  Once we descended into matter, it would be up to us to fill in the outline using our free will, which God also gave us so that we could be co-creators in the universe.  The masterpieces we produce, the healing arts we practice or the causes of justice we espouse would be entirely up to our individual creativity.

This is one way that God continually transcends himself and expands his identity.  The more we fulfill our inner potential through our own creations, the more the Spirit-matter cosmos expands.  The Father-Mother God gives birth to Spirit-sparks and endows them with the seeds of light and energy that they will need in order to go out and express their individuality.  Anyone who is a parent understands the responsibility and risk inherent in such a venture.  We bring children into the world and give them love and direction, but it is ultimately up to them what they make of themselves when they leave home and go out on their own.

What we are is God’s gift to us.

What we become is our gift to God.

The light of the body is the eye, if therefore thine eye

be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

-Jesus

Through the sixth energy center, the third-eye chakra, we can access the power of inner vision to perceive the reality of a situation.  In addition, the third-eye chakra, as well as the crown chakra, connects us with the magnificent realm of the higher mind and its flashes of insight, genius and originality.  An insight is an in-sight, a looking within.  The word insight means the power of seeing into a situation, into oneself or into the inner nature of things.  It is discernment and penetration.  The third-eye is also associated with intuition, which comes from the Latin word meaning to look at, to contemplate.  Our insights and our intuitions are the interior revelations that come to us through the third-eye chakra when we are in tune with our Higher Self.

You must trust that small voice inside you which tells you

exactly what to say, what to decide.  Your intuition is your instrument.

-Ingmar Bergman

These revelations can come as hunches, promptings or even as visions.  many times, if God wants us to do something or know something, you may find that he will put a picture in front of you.  Maybe a vision or image of what you need to do.

When we access the pure power of our third-eye, we have clear perception and a clear perspective on life.  Through the third-eye, we hold in mind the highest blueprint and the best outcome for a situation.  We tune into what should be (the divine pattern) instead of what is now happening, and we have discrimination to know what is the truth and inner reality of a situation.

The seat-of-the-soul and third-eye chakras are closely linked.  Speaking about the energies of the soul raised to the third-eye, the adept Djwal Kul says, “While the outer man takes life at its face value, the soul is evaluating the flow of energy, of karma, and of the cycles of life from the standpoint of inner realty…The image and likeness of God…out of which male and female were created, is held in the third-eye of each one as the potential that every living soul is destined to fulfill.”  Thus our challenge at the level of the third-eye, he says, is to purify this energy center so that we can anchor the perfect pattern of our being in outer form and focus our concentration on the upper reaches of our highest self.

I Honor The Creative Genius And Insights That Come To Me And Others

Honoring the creative insights that come to us is one way we master the energies of the third-eye chakra.  This requires setting aside our analytical thinking and judging to allow space for the flashes of genius that can come our way.  Detailed analysis and evaluation is an important and necessary skill.  But if we over analysis, we can dampen the creative fires.  We have a responsibility to ourselves and to others to let both sides of the brain have their say–the creative side and the logical side.

Another trap we have to watch out for is the ironclad judgements of our own human intellect.  Our lower mind will try to convince us that the unusual idea that just came into our head is not feasible–or that it’s even downright stupid.  Don’t allow yourself or anyone else to dismiss your inspirations and insights as “just your imagination.”  In fact, as soon as these ideas pop into your head, write them down. Hang onto them.  “The fierce power of imagination is a gift from God,”  said the twentieth-century Kabbalist Abraham Isaac Kook.  “Joined with the grandeur of the mind, the potency of inference, ethical depth, and the natural sense of the divine, imagination becomes an instrument for the holy spirit.”

I Recognize That What I Put My Attention On, I Will Become

When Jesus said, “If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light,” he was talking about the single-eyed vision of the third-eye chakra.  He was talking about the truth that where our attention rests, so will the light/energy of our being.  When the eye is “single”–when it is focused on God, on good, on the highest potential–we open a tremendous highway of light between our world and the divine world.  With all the details of our day, how often do we remember to place our attention upon God, upon good, upon that highest potential?  Taking even a short time-out during our daily routine to focus with our third-eye on the inner light, on God, on our highest goals, can make an incredible difference.  For whatever we place our attention on, we energize.  More than that, whatever we place our attention on, we become.  Gautama Buddha summarized it best when he said, “We are what we think, having become what we thought.”

In order to be perfection

man must see perfection

-Djwal Kul

Dr. Wayne Dryer, for instance , says that what we really, really, really, really want, we will get.  And what we really, really, really, really don’t want, we will get too–because whatever we put our energy into will come to pass.  “Attention is the key,” says Saint Germain  Because our vision and our thoughts have the power to create.

I Strive To Recognize And Overcome Mind-sets And To See As God Sees

When we have single-eyed vision, when we place our attention upon God, we allow our eye to become God’s eye.  We see what God sees.  We see as God sees.  What often keeps us from seeing as God sees is our fixed mind-sets, our stereotypes.  A mind-set is a “set-mind.”  A Zen adept once said “Stop talking, stop thinking and there is nothing you will not understand…There is no need to seek Truth:  only stop having views.”  Have you ever noticed how hard it is to be creative and inspired when people with rigid minds are around?  Someone with a strong mental concept about something is like a barbed-wire fence.  That is why master alchemists, like Saint Germain, tell us it is not a good idea to share all our plans with even our closest friends.  People’s mind-sets or closed minds can spoil our creative endeavors and stop us from tapping into our higher mind.  The severe misuse of the energies of the third-eye chakra to harm or spoil another’s plans is what some refer to as the “evil eye.”

I Practice Holding In My Mind The Highest Image Of Others, Even Though They May Not Be Manifesting It Now

Through the inner vision of your third-eye along with the intuition of your soul chakra, you can tap into the “immaculate concept” for your life, your projects, your plans.  The immaculate concept is the divine blue print for what is meant to be.  When we hold this concept in mind with constancy, when we focus our energy and  inner vision there, we will create the image we are “seeing” and it will come into being.

We can hold this blueprint in mind not only for our own life but for others.  Just as God continually holds the perfect image for us, so we can hold that image for others.  As Goethe once said, “If you treat men the way they are, you never improve them.  If you treat them the way you want them to be, you do.”  At a practical day-to-day level, holding the immaculate concept for someone means that we don’t jump to conclusions before we know the facts.  It means we allow ourselves and others the opportunity to transcend what we might have been decades ago, weeks ago or even an hour ago.  Recognizing our misconceptions can be challenging. We don’t always perceive things as they actually are, because what we take in goes through the filter of our own emotional and mental matrix.

Aung San Suu Kyi said that the search for truth “is in a sense the struggle to overcome subjectivity” as we learn to distance ourselves from our prejudices when assessing a situation.  “The search for truth,” she said, “has to be accompanied by awareness…If you are aware of what you’re doing, you have an objective view of yourself.  And if you are aware of what other people are doing, you become more objective about them too.”  For example, awareness means that when you are aware of the fact that somebody is shouting, you don’t think to yourself:  “What a horrible man.”  That’s purely subjective.  But if you are aware, you know that he’s shouting because he’s angry or frightened.  That’s objectivity.  Otherwise, without awareness all kinds of prejudices start multiplying.”  If you see things as a whole you can always see a humorous side of it.  That is why we laugh at situations which to some seem so serious.

Affirmations for Balancing the Third eye

Visualizations:  Take some deep breaths.  Focus your energy at the point of your third-eye chakra, between your brows.  See your third-eye chakra as a pulsating energy center of intense emerald green.  (If you start to feel uncomfortably or pain between your brows, gently move your concentration to your heart.)  Once you have mastered this visualization, you can then visualize something you want to see take place–the achievement of a goal, the resolution of a situation at work, the improvement of a relationship.  As you do repeat the following affirmations:

I AM, I AM beholding all,

Mine eye is single as I call;

Raise me now and set me free,

Thy holy image now to be. (3x)

————————————–

I AM the eye that God does use

To see the plan divine;

Right here on earth his way I choose

His concept I make mine.

The important thing is not to think much

but to love much, and so do that which best stirs you to love

-Teresa of Avila

The heart center is the most important energy center in the body.  It is the hub of life, physically and spiritually.  Just as oxygenated blood from our lungs is pumped by the heart to the rest of the body, so the energy we receive from God passes through our heart chakra before it moves on to nourish the other chakras and systems of our body.  As energy passes through your heart chakra, it takes on its imprint–the unique vibration and quality of your heart.  “As (a man) thinketh in his heart, so he is,” says Proverbs.  If the motive of our heart is pure and we are intent upon giving love, kindness and compassion to others, then the energy flowing through our heart chakra will go forth to bless and energize.

If, on the other hand, the energy that emits from our heart chakra is impure–it is tainted with selfishness, hatred or dislike–all of our chakras can suffer.  That’s why it’s so important to begin our meditations and spiritual practices by clearing and balancing the heart.  A lot of people today talk about centering in the heart, speaking from the heart, acting from the heart.  But there are some misconceptions about what that looks like.

My strength is as the strength

of ten because my heart is pure.

-Galahad in “Sir Galahad”

Real love is not sentimental or passive.  It is strong and it is soft.  And, as the mystics tell us, it is eminently practical.  The Sufi poet Rumi, for instance, wrote, “Someone asks, How does love have hands and feet?  Love is the sprouting bed for hands and feet!”  Mother Teresa would have agreed with this whole-heartedly, for out of her love was born an all-consuming service to others.  Love, for her, was an essential part of the drama of everyday life.  “We do no great things,” she explained.  “We do only small things with great love.”

I CULTIVATE COMPASSION

What is true compassion?  In order to answer that question, we have to make a distinction between compassion and sympathy.  We tend to use those words interchangeably, but in order to understand the subtleties involved in developing the heart chakra, it helps to make this distinction:  Compassion comes from the level of our Higher Self and gives to another what he or she really needs in that moment.  Sympathy comes from the level of the lower self and stands in the way of what the soul really needs.

Sympathy allows us to feel sorry for ourselves, to indulge our weaknesses, to slide into a “woe is me” slump.  Sympathy validates that sense of victimization rather than helping us see our challenges as opportunities.  In the aura, sympathy shows up as a syrupy dripping of energy from the heart and as spirals of energy moving downward, which eventually drag down the emotions and soul awareness as well.

Compassion, on the other hand, dips into the pure fires of the heart to uplift others so they can realize their full potential.  Compassion supports the process of soul refinement.  Compassion doesn’t leave someone who is hurting where it finds him.

I LOOK AT CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES AS OPPORTUNITIES TO KEEP MY HEART OPEN

There are two universal truths that we sometimes forget.

Number one:  Not everyone thinks, feels and acts like we do.

Number two:  It’s okay that everyone doesn’t think, feel and act like we do.

We don’t have to be on a crusade to change anyone.  One of the most important things we can teach children at an early age is to enjoy people’s differences.   Give people room to be who they are.  We are going to meet all kinds of people in the world who may not fit our mold.  But more often than not, they have something to teach us.   No matter who comes your way, try to keep your heart open and uncover what God wants you to learn from them, because there are no mistakes.  Life brings us into contact with the people and situations we need.

I follow the religion of Love:  Whatever way love’s

camel takes.  That is my religion, my faith.

-Ibn Arabi

God arranges things so we can learn about anger, irritability, patience and compassion.  When we have an instant dislike for someone, we’ve probably bumped into our karma.  And the faster we face that karma and resolve it with love, the faster we’re going to be liberated from it.  Whisper a prayer to God to help you stay openhearted and to show exactly what you are supposed to learn from the situation.  Call to your Higher Self and to the Higher Self of the other person to direct your relationship.  Then simply be kind and let the rest unfold.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATED THE SPIRITUAL BEAUTY IN MYSELF AND OTHERS

Many of us weren’t brought up learning how to coach.  Our role models were managers, not mentors.  It’s part of our collective challenge in this new millennium, in this age of Aquarius, to nourish and express our caring feminine side–the side of ourselves that has to do with building relationships, coaching, team work.  A good starting point is to simply go out of the way to appreciate others.  Everyday, go up to someone and thank her for her contributions–whether it’s good work she did or just the fact that she is so cheerful and sunny.  The more we reinforce the positive in others, the more likely they are to repeat that positive behavior.  And the more  we reinforce their negatives, the more likely they are to believe that that is all they are capable of and therefore repeat that same behavior.  In addition, the more we learn to love and appreciate ourselves, the more love we will magnetize into our world.

The spiritual activity of our heart has definite effects on our health and vitality.  Researchers at the Institute of HeartMath, for instance, have shown that emotions like anger and frustration put a strain on the heart and other organs.  Emotions like love, compassion and appreciation have the opposite effect:  they create harmony in the body that leads to enhanced immunity and improved hormonal balance.

Only from the Heart

can you reach the sky.

-Rumi

I SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES

Just as one of the initiation of the heart is to keep it open, another is to draw healthy boundaries.  Yes, you are allowed to say no!  If we cannot set limits when necessary, it is actually unhealthy–not only for us but for others.  When you say yes to everything, you know how easy it is to become overextended and exhausted, irritable and uncreative.   If we don’t take enough time or space to recharge and nurture ourselves, we are that much less effective in fulfilling our mission.  To truly help others, we need to pay attention to ourselves first.  Setting healthy boundaries also means that we can stand up for our principles in the face of peer pressure or societal pressure.  It means we can say no to those things that will no propel us toward our ultimate goals in life.

There does come a time when we have to draw the line for the protection of our own energy and chakras.  When people are angry, we do have the option of explaining to them softly, but firmly that we will be happy to talk with them later, when they are feeling better, but we will have to conclude the conversation if they continue to talk in this manner.  We can’t always change someone else, but we can take responsibility to guard our own energy by drawing healthy boundaries.

I RECOGNIZE THE POWER OF SOFTNESS

Both Eastern and Western adepts tell us that the greatest power in the universe is softness.  Lao Tzu used the analogy of water:  “There is nothing softer and weaker than water and yet there is nothing better for attacking hard and strong things…The weak overcome the strong  and the soft overcomes the hard…The softest, most pliable things in the world run roughshod over the firmest thing in the world.”When water is running through your fingers it doesn’t feel “strong” and yet water can wear down rock and find pathways in, through and around gigantic obstacles.  The power of softness can do the same.

Softness is a receptive mode where unnatural, forceful human action and reaction give way to the natural movement of the heart.  Softness is nurturing, giving attitude that does not take offense.  Softness is the opposite of brittleness, rigidity or resistance.  Brittle things can break, but softness is flexible and can bend.  As a wise commentator once said, “Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.  That’s the whole principal behind the martial arts, such as T’ai Chi Ch’uan.  They are based on cultivating inner energies and developing softness that will triumph over the use of external, muscular force.  The body appears to be soft and gentle externally but has a great concentration of internal power.

Through the heart,

all mankind are one.

-Djwal Kul

The Heart Affirmation

Experiences in this life and past lives can create a burden on the heart.  Sometimes these experiences cause us to close our heart.  We become guarded because we have been hurt and we don’t want to be hurt again.  Sometimes our heart is burdened because we have been selfish or angry or hard-hearted.  When we use the energy of the heart in unloving ways, that energy remains with us as part of our consciousness until we transmute it by love.  The following heart affirmation has helped many people attune with their loving heart.  It creates a spiritual climate around the heart that helps us become more open, more sensitive and more compassionate to ourselves and to the plight of so many who need our love and prayers.  This affirmation invokes the alchemy of the violet flame to clear the painful records of past experiences.  It helps clear our subconscious, which accepts the wrong judgement of peers or authority figures who have put us down or intimidated us.  The violet flame can resolve these patterns of consciousness and free us to be our real self.  As you recite the heart affirmation, visualize the violet flame within your heart chakra as pulsating violet light that softens and warms your heart.  See it melt away layers and layers of encrustation around the heart.  As the violet flame saturates your heart chakra, feel it transforming anger into compassion, bitterness into sweetness, anxiety into peace.  See the twelve petals of your heart center unfold as your heart radiates its native energy of divine love.

Heart

Violet fire, thou love divine,

Blaze within this heart of mine!

Thou art mercy forever true,

Keep me always in tune with you (3x)

Meditation On The Light Of The Heart

The more we focus on the heart and the qualities of heart in our life and in our spiritual practices, the more powerful and sensitive our heart will become.  The beautiful prayer ” I AM the Light of the Heart by Saint Germain celebrates the divine spark within our heats and can help us become more heart-centered.

As you recite “I AM the Light of the Heart,” visualize radiant light descending from God into your heart chakra, where it will be released according to the words of your prayer.  Then focus your attention on your heart chakra, in the center of your chest.  Sometimes it’s easier to focus your attention if you place the thumb and first two fingers of your hand in the center of your chest. Now picture the brilliance of the sun at noonday and transfer that picture to the center of your chest.  Se thousands of sunbeams going forth from your your heart to penetrate and dissolve any darkness despair or depression within yourself, within loved one and then within the people of the world.  Project your love (which is really God’s love) out into the world.  See that love going forth as intense fiery-pink laser beams that break down all barriers to the success of your relationships, your family, your spiritual growth, your career, your neighborhood and your nation.

I AM the Light of the Heart

I AM the light of the heart

Shinning in the darkness of being

And changing all into the golden

treasury of the mind of Christ.

I AM projecting my love

Out into the world

To erase all errors

And to break down all barriers.

I AM the power of infinite love,

Amplifying itself

Until it is victorious,

World without end!

Nurturing Yourself

15 Jul

Do we love and appreciate ourselves?  If we don’t love ourselves, we will sabotage our own spiritual, emotional and professional progress.  We won’t allow ourselves to go higher simply because we don’t believe we are capable or worthy of going higher.  This spiritual malady (often reinforced by misguided parents, peers, authority figures and even the media) will infect us with the false belief that we don’t deserve that fulfilling job, that meaningful relationship, that beautiful home or even those exalting spiritual experiences that we need and deserve.  In addition, if we don’t love ourselves, we will short-circuit our ability to give love and to receive love.  In fact, we may fail, whether consciously or unconsciously, just to prove that we are unworthy.

“Not only does this unconscious self-hatred get in the way of expressing love, it also interferes with receiving love,” writes Dr. Harville Hendrix.  “You cannot feel worthy of accepting love if you unconsciously hate yourself or even hate some parts of yourself.”  Those who are spiritually inclined tend to hold high standards for themselves and to be overly critical of themselves.  They also tend to be extremely sensitive to what others say.  While we should be realistic about area in our life where we need to improve, we also have to be realistic about the nature of life and spirituality.  Life is a path, and spirituality is a process.  Today we are not who we were yesterday, just as we are not now who we will be tomorrow.

When we deal with children, we know that they are engaged in a continual process of growth and refinement, and we don’t criticize them if they make a mistake.  Yet we don’t always translate that process into our adult life and treat our soul in the same way.   The soul is our inner child, still in the process of refinement, still unfolding her full potential.  No matter what our inner child is experiencing now, we can love our soul as she walks the path of becoming whole.  For what’s most important is not how far we still have to go but whether we are fully engaged in the process. Can we listen to what our heart tells us is the next step on our path and take it?

If you want to empower your heart, start by listening to what your heart says you need at that moment.  It could be anything from stopping to smell the flowers to getting a back rub to exploring a career change.  Listening to our heart is empowering because its the first step to taking responsibility for our own needs.  “If you want love, take the time to listen to your heart,” advises author and Buddhist meditation teacher Jack Kornfield.  “In most ancient and wise cultures. it is a regular practice for people to talk to their hearts…In the heart of each of us, there is a voice of knowing, a song than can remind us of what we most value and long for, what we have known since we were a child.”

Sometimes we deny the voice of our heart.  We think that taking care of our own needs is selfish.  But when we take care of our own needs, we are recharging our spiritual and physical reserves so that we in turn can give more to others.  If we don’t nurture ourselves, we can’t really value and nurture others.  Jesus said, “Love thy neighbor as thyself–in other words, love your neighbor as you would love yourself.

Love is, above all,

the gift of oneself

-Jean Anoulh
